• 1. We are Decca Records, a company registered in England and Wales at 4 Pancras Square, London, N1 4AG (“UMO”) who operate the Decca Classics Store at https://store.deccaclassics.com/.

  2. To receive a free access link to attend the VOCES8 and Eric Whitacre Virtual Sing-a-Long with Eric Whitacre and VOCES8 (“Show”) pre-order the ‘Home’ VOCES8 and Eric Whitacre in any format from the Decca Classics online store or submit your email address via the online form: https://uk-umg.com/vvreg/39706-951321.html by 11:59pm BST on 13th April 2023. No purchase necessary. One access link per person. The link will give you free access to the Virtual gig in accordance with these terms.

  3. You will receive your unique access link via email by 10am BST on 10th June. We do not accept responsibility if the email we send to the email address you have provided does not reach you for any reason beyond our reasonable control, including where the email is flagged as spam. For any issues regarding receiving your access link please contact info@decca.com.

  4. To receive your access, your link must be redeemed by 11:59pm BST on 18th June 2023. The access link is personal to you and cannot be used by or transferred to anyone else.

  5. Show dates available virtually worldwide.

  6. The access link can only be subject to the terms and conditions applicable at the time of link being redeemed. The virtual show is open to all ages, please check the VOCES8 website directly for more information. We are not the ticket provider so cannot be responsible for any issues with access to the concert. UMO is not liable for issues with any access from third-party ticket providers. For any issues regarding the access of the virtual concert, please contact the relevant ticket provider.

  7. The access link has no cash value and cannot be exchanged. Access links are non-transferable. By pre-ordering the VOCES8, Eric Whitacre Album release or by registering to receive an access link you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Any personal data you provide when registering to receive a ticket code will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy which you can read here https://privacy.umusic.com/uk/.

  8. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
